IBM Watson und Cisco bündeln ihre Kompetenzen, um die digitale Zusammenarbeit zu erleichtern

IBM und der Netzwerkausstatter Cisco vertiefen ihre Partnerschaft, um die digitale Zusammenarbeit am Arbeitsplatz weiter zu vereinfachen und die Arbeitsproduktivität zu erhöhen. Dazu werden die Cisco Spark-  und WebEx-Plattformen mit den Cloud Collaboration Lösungen von IBM, einschließlich Verse und Connections, zusammengeführt und um die kognitiven Fähigkeiten von Watson ergänzt. Beide Unternehmen entwickeln im Rahmen der neuen Vereinbarung gemeinsame Lösungen, die es ermöglichen, unterschiedliche Datenquellen – zum Beispiel Meeting-Protokolle, E-Mails oder Telefonkonferenzen – auszuwerten und den Mitarbeitern nach Bedarf zur Verfügung zu stellen.
