Decisive in this customer orientated concept is the selection of the IR-radiation source, independent from a manufacturer, in different wavelength ranges. Considering the processing- and energy efficiency, we select infrared heaters from the short wavelength area of 1.0 – 1.4 µm, from the middle wavelength area (1.4 – 3.0 µm) or the long wavelength area from 3.0 to 9.0 µm. The selection is made in the form of tests in our technical center or directly at your premises. Priority has the most energy efficient solution with the best product result in combination with an intelligent controlling unit. Independent of the wavelength infrared heater for lacquer drying can achieve excellent qualitatively improvements. This results for instance less swelling of the fiber for timber materials.
