Das ATX Server Board IMBA-C604EP von ICP Deutschland ist mit dem Intel® C604 Chipsatz ausgestattet und kann mit Intel® Xeon® Prozessoren der E5 Serie, die bis zu acht Kerne besitzen, bestückt werden. Da Rechenleistung nur in Verbindung mit ausreichend Arbeitsspeicher sinnvoll ist, stehen acht 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM Bänke für max.64GB UDIMM, 128GB RDIMM oder 256GB LRDIMM bereit. Laufwerke können an vier 3Gb/s SAS Anschlüsse mit RAID 0/1/10 und an vier 3Gb/s sowie zwei 6Gb/s SATA Anschlüsse mit RAID 0/1/10/5 Unterstützung angeschlossen werden. Das IMBA-C604EP bietet noch zwei GbE 11 USB 2.0 und zwei USB 3.0 sowie einen RS-232 und einen VGA Port. Vier PCIe x4 Slots können für individuelle Erweiterungen verwendet werden. Passende TPM Module für die Realisierung von Trusted Platform Applikationen bietet ICP optional an.
