Mit 8 simultanen Kanälen, mehr als 2000 LoRaWAN-Knoten, einem hoch performanten Vierkernprozessor und einem preiswerten Einstiegspreis wartet das neue UG65 LoRaWAN Gateway von ICP Deutschland auf. Ausgelegt auf den Innenbereich kann das UG65 Daten von Sensoren aus einer Entfernung von bis zu 10km verarbeiten. Unterstützt wird hierbei das LoRa Protokoll V1.0 und V1.0.2 der Klasse A und C. Im Inneren verrichtet ein 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 mit 1.500 MHz Taktrate sein Werk. Ferner verfügt das UG65 über 512MB DDR RAM, 8 GB eMMC Speicher, einen 10/100/1000 Base-T Netzwerkanschluss, WLAN nach IEEE 801.11 b/g/n Standard sowie optional über 2G/3G/4G Mobilfunknetz Empfang(/Zugang). Das UG65 bietet ein IP65 geschütztes Gehäuse in den Maßen 180x110x57 mm und kann direkt am Arbeitsplatz, an der Wand oder an einem Mast befestigt werden. Der Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis +70 °C ermöglicht zudem den Betrieb in geschützten Außenanlagen. Das UG65 kann entweder mit einer Spannung von 9 bis 24 Volt DC, oder alternativ über den PoE 802.3 af-fähigen LAN Anschluss betrieben werden. Gängige Netzwerkfunktionalitäten, zum Beispiel Protokolle wie MQTT, TCP, UDP, VPN Tunnel wie OpenVPN, DMVPN, Zugriffsauthentifizierung wie CHAP, PAP, Firewall Funktionalitäten und Management Optionen sind dem UG65 zu Eigen. Vom Sensor in die Cloud, mit dem UG65 bieten sich Systemintegratoren vielfältige Möglichkeiten ihre Daten in die Cloud zu bringen.
