IPC Systeme mit Ivy Bridge CPU - Große Auswahl an Prozessoren

Die Prozessorleistung ist meistens ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Spezifikation eines Industrie PC Systems.

Bei vielen IPC Systemen basierend auf Sandy Bridge Prozessoren ist die Auswahl an verfügbaren Prozessoren mittlerweile deutlich eingeschränkt. Daher stellt die ICP Deutschland GmbH ein BIOS Update für die meisten CPU Karten und Mainboards zur Verfügung. Das neue BIOS ermöglicht es dem Anwender Ivy Bridge Prozessoren anstelle von Sandy Bridge Prozessoren einzusetzen. Die Vorteile des Updates sind die größere Auswahl der Prozessoren, die teilweise günstigeren Preise und die Verfügbarkeit von Prozessoren mit geringerer Leistungsaufnahme (TDP). Das BIOS Update ist kostenfrei bei ICP erhältlich und kann bei bestehenden System nachträglich aufgespielt werden. Neue IPC Systeme sind bereits mit dem neuen BIOS ausgestattet.
