Schnittstellenwunder für die Maschinensteuerung

TANK-620 – Lüfterloser Embedded PC für 24/7 Dauerbetrieb

In der Maschinensteuerung, in der Straßenverkehrssteuerung und Robotik ist die Nachfrage nach vielseitigen analogen Schnittstellen nahezu grenzenlos. Für dieses Einsatzgebiet wurde der neue lüfterlose Embedded PC TANK-620 aus der bewährten TANK Serie von ICP Deutschland konzipiert. Das Schnittstellenwunder verfügt über sechs RS-232, acht RS-422/485 sowie jeweils vier USB 2.0/3.0. Die 14 COM Ports sind mit TX/RX Signal-LEDs versehen, sodass eine Anzeige der momentanen Datenübertragung möglich ist. Darüber hinaus sind zwei GbE LAN Schnittstellen und 12 digitale Eingänge sowie 12 digitale Ausgänge an der Front herausgeführt. Im Inneren des kompakten 260x200x100mm Gehäuses befindet sich ein Intel® Celeron® 3855U Prozessor mit 4GB DDR4 on-board Arbeitsspeicher, der bis auf 32GB ausgebaut  werden kann. Standardmäßig verfügt der TANK-620 über zwei VGA in Full-HD Auflösung für die parallele Bildausgabe. Ein dritter optionaler Bildschirmausgang ist als VGA oder LVDS Schnittstelle vorgesehen. Als Massenspeicherplatz stehen einerseits zwei leicht zugängliche 2.5“ SATA 6Gb/s Festplattenrahmen, ein M.2 Slot sowie ein optionaler CF Kartensteckplatz zur Verfügung. Über zwei Full-size PCIe Mini Slots lässt sich der TANK-620 flexibel erweitern, z.B. auch mit passendem WiFi-Kit inkl. Bluetooth 4.0. Für den TANK-620 ist Wandmontage vorgesehen. Aufgrund seiner Vibrationsbeständigkeit nach MIL-STD-810G und seiner Betriebstemperatur von -30°C~+70°C  ist der Embedded PC für den 24/7 Dauerbetrieb bestens geeignet. Auf Kundenwunsch assembliert ICP den TANK-620 mit gewünschtem Betriebssystem und passenden industriellen Komponenten.
