Hall: 4 / Stand number: 4C21
At LogiMAT, the international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management, from March 11 to March 13, 2025 in Stuttgart, the ICS Group (ICS) will be focusing on the application of artificial intelligence (AI). In hall 4 / stand C21, the international full-service provider for process digitalization will be showcasing its smart logistics platform Stradivari®, which companies can use to automate their warehouse and plant logistics across the board.
AI is the groundbreaking game changer for the digital transformation of intralogistics. Among other things, AI takes over routine human tasks, supports logistics staff in the operational process and consolidates big data for strategic decisions, for example for inventory and capacity planning. Bottlenecks are thus identified at an early stage, sources of error are minimized and human work is relieved in a targeted manner. Not least in light of the shortage of skilled workers, cost pressure and global market dynamics, applied AI is the key to significant increases in productivity and competitive advantages.
In this context, ICS will be presenting the latest practical applications for Stradivari, the AI-powered cloud platform for digital intralogistics control, at LogiMAT 2025. The intelligent software is based on a multi-warehouse and multi-client capable warehouse management system, which can be prepared in multiple languages and expanded with additional automation modules depending on requirements. A top highlight is the AI-based image data processing using computer vision. Here, for example, barcodes on load carriers in incoming and outgoing goods are reliably captured via industrial fixed scanners or cameras and processed in real time in the higher IT system - completely autonomously and simultaneously.
Stradivari also integrates a transport control system, which digitally manages factory traffic, both indoors and outdoors, and a real-time localization system (RTLS), which precisely locates load carriers and means of transport. The interaction between the two modules also enables fully automated transport with driverless industrial trucks and mobile robots via the VDA 5050 interface. For efficient communication between employees and teams, a business messenger can also be networked in Stradivari, which acts in parallel as a virtual 24/7/365 AI agent through ChatGPT integration, answers queries in natural language and creates individual warehouse reports.
ICS solution partner and co-exhibitor LogSolution will be presenting the intelligent LOGINICE transport management system (TMS), which optimizes complex route planning, significantly reduces transport costs and makes the billing process precise and transparent for customers.
The trade fair presentation will be rounded off by cutting-edge technologies from Zebra Technologies, Honeywell and SOTI, among others, for mobile data capture, industrial printing and comprehensive end device management. Manufacturing partner and co-exhibitor Cambium Networks will also be showcasing its innovative and leading WIFI and radio relay solutions for warehouses and logistics.
Interested parties are invited to discover the Stradivari modules, which can also be operated stand-alone in SAP® and non-SAP environments, in the exhibition stand showcases with the latest hardware. Expert talks on the AI-centered warehouse and free trade fair tickets can be reserved online now at www.ics-group.eu.
