"Wir haben den Grundsatz der gleichen Bezahlung von Zeitarbeitnehmern und Mitarbeitern im Einsatzbetrieb im Rahmen unserer Branchenzuschläge tariflich verbindlich geregelt. Und zwar gemeinsam mit den DGB-Gewerkschaften", erklärt der Hauptgeschäftsführer des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ), Werner Stolz. Umso mehr verwundert es ihn, dass die Gewerkschaften nun im Rahmen ihrer angekündigten Demo in Hannover unter anderem gegen die von ihnen unlängst unterschriebenen Zeitarbeitstarife protestieren wollen. Zusammen mit den Einzelgewerkschaften unter dem DGB-Dach seien für alle relevanten Wirtschaftsbereiche, die in ihrer Entlohnungsstruktur oberhalb der Zeitarbeit liegen, ein marktgängiges System der zeitlichen Lohnangleichung vereinbart worden. "Wir haben längst einen allgemeinverbindlichen Mindestlohn in der Zeitarbeit, also auch für ausländische Anbieter. Kein Zeitarbeitnehmer verdient in Westdeutschland weniger als 8,19 Euro in der Stunde - die allermeisten mehr", macht Stolz deutlich und verweist auf die aktuellen Tarifverhandlungen, in denen es um eine Neufestsetzung dieser Lohnunterschranke in den nächsten Jahren geht. "Gewerkschaften, die ihre Erfolge in der Branche leugnen nur weil Wahlkampf ist, machen sich unglaubwürdig". Der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer erinnert in diesem Zusammenhang auf die Erfolge der Zeitarbeit, arbeitslose Menschen wieder in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Zwei Drittel aller Zeitarbeitnehmer seien nach Auskunft der Bundesagentur für Arbeit zuvor beschäftigungslos gewesen. "Darüber sollten wir uns alle zusammen für die betroffenen Menschen freuen, statt ihnen diese Zugangschance zum Arbeitsmarkt zu verbauen", so Stolz.
