Diese Woche haben bundesweit mehrere Hundert designierte Personaldienstleistungskaufleute (PDK) ihre schriftliche IHK-Abschlussprüfung absolviert. Sie sind die ersten PDK, die nach drei Jahren dualer Ausbildungszeit in ihr Berufsleben als Profi-Personaler einsteigen. Der Beruf Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-kauffrau wurde maßgeblich vom Branchen-Arbeitgeberverband iGZ mitentwickelt und ging 2008 mit über 1.200 Azubis an den Start. In den ersten drei Jahren seines Bestehens entschieden sich rund 3.000 junge Menschen, diesen Berufsweg einzuschlagen. Aus gutem Grund: Fundiert ausgebildete Personaler werden gesucht, und die Personaldienstleistungsbranche wartet auf die neuen Fachkräfte. Bisher waren Personaldienstleister mangels eigenem Ausbildungsberufs auf Quereinsteiger angewiesen, die sich branchenspezifische Kenntnisse 'learning by doing' aneignen mussten. Der neue Beruf bietet dem Arbeitsmarkt Branchenprofis, die in allen Bereichen der Personaldienstleistungen theoretisch und praktisch ausgebildet wurden. PDK lernen den gesamten Prozess von der Mitarbeiter- und Auftragsgewinnung über die Mitarbeiterdisposition, Auftragssachbearbeitung und Mitarbeiterbetreuung bis hin zur Vertragsbeendigung. Dazu gehören Fragen des Tarifrechts, Personalmarketings, Qualitätsmanagements oder des Arbeitsschutzes. Jemanden auf einen passenden Arbeitsplatz zu vermitteln bedarf viel Menschenkenntnis und ist eine große Verantwortung. Wichtig ist deshalb, dass Personaldienstleistungskaufleute soziale Kompetenzen mitbringen und sich gut auf verschiedene Menschen mit ihren Erwartungen einlassen können.
