Keine zusätzliche Belastung für die Zeitarbeitsbranche: Mit ihrem Beschluss, eine neue Gefahrtarifstelle Fußball zu bilden, folgte die VBG-Vertreterversammlung, in der die Zeitarbeitsbranche auf Seiten des iGZ durch Bundesvorstandsmitglied Martin Gehrke und iGZ-Geschäftsführer Dr. Martin Dreyer vertreten wird, dem Prinzip der Solidargemeinschaft. "Mit diesem Beschluss wurde sowohl dem Gedanken der Solidargemeinschaft, als auch der Autonomie der Selbstverwaltung Rechnung getragen", begrüßten Gehrke und Dreyer die Entscheidung, den Beschluss die Sparte Fußball in einer eigenen Gefahrtarifstelle zu bündeln. Ein Erfolg, der in erster Linie dem Bemühen der Branchen-Vertreter um eine gerechte Beitragsverteilung auf alle in der VBG vertretenen Branchen zuzuordnen ist. Vor allem im Bereich Fußball, so Gehrke, seien hohe Belastungen zu verzeichnen. In den Gefahrtarifstellen ist jeweils das Gefährdungsrisiko der betreffenden Branche definiert - daraus errechnet sich die Höhe des Beitrags. "Die übrigen Sportarten", so Gehrke, "werden künftig in einer anderen Gefahrtarifstelle zusammengefasst". Im Vorfeld der Versammlung hatten die Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung (DGUV), der Deutsche Olympische Sportbund (DOSB) und das Bundesministerium für Arbeit (BMAS) ein Konzept zur Deckelung der Sportkosten vorgestellt, mit dem die Zeitarbeitsbranche mit zusätzlich 60 Millionen Euro belastet worden wäre. Neben der Zeitarbeit kritisierten auch andere Branchen scharf das Konzept, und es wurde ein gemeinsamer Brief an das BMAS verfasst. Mit der Entscheidung orientiere sich die VBG-Vertreterversammlung laut Martin Gehrke an den klaren SGB VII-Vorgaben, nach denen eine Umverteilung eben nicht vorgesehen sei, sondern eine eigene Solidargemeinschaft Fußball gegründet werden müsse. "Damit", so das iGZ-Bundesvorstandsmitglied, "ist die Sparte Sport in der VBG jetzt genauso gestellt wie die Zeitarbeitsbranche". Zudem spiele der Gedanke der Prävention eine wichtige Rolle: Für den Fußball ergebe sich durch den Beschluss nun die Möglichkeit, die Belastungen mit adäquaten Präventionsmaßnahmen selbst zu senken. Die VBG wird die Wirksamkeit des Beschlusses durch ein jährliches Monitoring prüfen.
