Nachdem die Vertreter der DGB-Gewerkschaften im April 2010 das gemeinsame Tarifwerk mit dem Interessenverband Deutscher zeitarbeitsunternehmen unterschrieben haben, rufen sie nun zum bundesweiten Aktionstag gegen Zeitarbeit auf, um ihre eigene Arbeit zu torpedieren. Weil die Arbeitgeber die Zeitarbeit missbrauchen, sei Lohndumping die Folge: "Unsere fairen mit den DGB-Gewerkschaften ausgehandelten Löhne wurden durch christliche Haustarifverträge jahrelang unterlaufen. Mit dem Beschluss des BAG im Dezember 2010 zur Tarifunfähigkeit der christlichen Gewerkschaften wurde diesem Missbrauch ein wirksamer Riegel vorgeschoben. Zudem deutet alles darauf hin, dass die Politik noch vor der kommenden Arbeitnehmerfreizügigkeit ab 1. Mai eine Lohnunterschranke schaffen wird, um einen Unterbietungswettbewerb zu verhindern", verweist iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer RA Werner Stolz darauf, dass der DGB-Aktionstag eher als Werbekampagne für eine Mitgliedschaft in den Gewerkschaften zu verstehen sei. Mit der Forderung Gleiches Geld für gleiche Arbeit ab dem ersten Tag werde zusätzlich die eigene Tarifautonomie in Frage gestellt. "Wir können an die Sozialpartner nur für eine konstruktive und ergebnisorientierte Zusammenarbeit appellieren", erinnerte Stolz an das Fairnessabkommen, das die IG Metall 2008 mit unterzeichnet hat. Als Beispiele nannte der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer die im jüngsten Tarifwerk vereinbarten Sondervereinbarungen zur Einrichtung einer gemeinsamen Tarif-Gütestelle, zur Qualifizierung und Weiterbildung von Zeitarbeitnehmern sowie die Klausel zur Verhinderung von Missbrauch durch konzerninterne Überlassung. "Diese Klauseln", so Stolz, tragen wesentlich besser dazu bei, für alle Menschen gute, sichere und faire Arbeitsbedingungen zu schaffen, als ein bundesweiter Aktionstag".
