Interesssante Informationen und engagierte Diskussionen lieferte auch die dritte Auflage des VBG-Branchentreffs Zeitarbeit am Donnerstag in Duisburg. Maßgeblichen Anteil daran hatte iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer RA Werner Stolz mit seinem Vortrag "Faire Zeitarbeit - Herausforderungen für die Zukunft". Stolz lud nicht nur einmal mehr die Vertreter der anderen Zeitarbeitgeberverbände zum Gleichschritt in Richtung tariflicher Branchenmindestlohn ein, sondern bereitete auch das Terrain für eine intensive Debatte der rund 150 Teilnehmer über das Beitragszuschlagsverfahren der VBG ab 2010. Auch wenn der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer den Vertretern von AMP und BZA erneut die Hand zur Zusammenarbeit reichte, schlug er zunächst kritische Töne an und betonte, der Missbrauch von Zeitarbeit á la Schlecker sei nur durch eine gemeinsame Lösung zu verhindern. Moderatorin Conny Czymoch bestätigte dem Hauptgeschäftsführer des mitgliederstärksten Zeitarbeitgeberverbandes denn auch, den anderen Verbänden damit den roten Teppich für eine Zusammenarbeit ausgerollt zu haben. Ebenfalls ins Blickfeld der Kritik rückte Stolz das neue VBG-Beitragszuschlagsverfahren. Im Rahmen des später folgenden Vortrags von Manuela Gnauck-Stuwe (Leiterin der VBG-Abteilung Gefahrtarif) zu diesem Thema, griffen die Gäste der Veranstaltung im Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord das Verfahren scharf an und kritisierten die Praxis, dass die überschüssigen Zeitarbeitsbeiträge in andere Branchen flössen. Wesentlich sinnvoller sei das - vor allem von den iGZ-Vertretern Dietmar Richter und Martin Gehrke - geforderte Bonus-Malus-Verfahren. Manuela Gnauck-Stuwe versicherte schließlich, man sei auch weiterhin in der Diskussion um das Verfahren, und das Bonus-Malus-Prinzip bleibe im Gespräch. Fachbeiträge rundeten die gelungene Veranstaltung ab: Ernst-Friedrich Pernack (Vorsitzender des Landesausschusses für Arbeitsschutz und Sicherheitstechnik) stellte die Ziele und den Stand der Umsetzung der Gemeinsamen Deutschen Arbeitsschutzstrategie (GDA) vor; Jörg-Dieter Biernetzki - W.I.R.-Geschäftsführer - und seine PDK-Auszubildende Julia Krasko, gewährten Einblick in den neuen Ausbildungsberuf zu Personaldienstleistungskaufleuten und Klaus Albers, Geschäftsführer der Concilio GmbH, berichtete über Zeitarbeit in den Niederlanden. "Wandel der Arbeitswelt - Potenziale der Zeitarbeit nutzen" lautete das Thema von Oleg Cernavin, Geschäftsführer der BC GmbH, der in seinem Beitrag aus dem Zeitarbeitsbuch der iGZ-Bundesvorsitzenden Ariane Durian zitierte. In einer abschließenden Podiumsdiskussion, an der auch Werner Stolz teilnahm, wurde nochmals der Fall Schlecker thematisiert. Das Podium war sich einig, nun müsse der daraus resultierende verschlechterte Ruf der Zeitarbeitsbranche durch gemeinsame Anstrengungen rasch revidiert werden.
