"Im gesellschaftspolitischen Konsens mit den Sozialpartnern müssen wir die Rahmenbedingungen für gute Zeitarbeit deklinieren, und dazu gehört auch die familienfreundliche Zeitarbeit", betonte RA Werner Stolz, Hauptgeschäftsführer des iGZ, im Rahmen einer Podiumsdiskussion zum Pilotprojekt "Familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten in der Zeitarbeit". Im Düsseldorfer DGB-Gewerkschaftshaus stellten die Teilnehmer des Projekts, das unter der Regie der Soziale Innovation GmbH (SI) gelaufen ist, am Donnerstagabend die Ergebnisse vor. Geschäftsführerin Dr. Cordula Sczesny zeichnete zunächst den Weg von der Idee bis zur Realisierung nach, bevor mehrere daran beteiligte Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen über ihre praktischen Erfahrungen berichteten. Viel Idealismus, ein wenig Skepsis und erste Erfolge konnten die Firmenvertreter vermelden. "Fortschritt ist eine Schnecke in der Zeitarbeit", stellte Werner Stolz in der abschließenden Diskussionsrunde, an der auch Wilhelm Oberste-Beulmann (BZA), Dr. Sabine Graf (DGB NRW) und Dr. Hildegard Kaluza, Ministerium für Familie, Kinder, Jugend, Kultur und Sport (MFKJKS) in NRW teilnahmen, denn auch sachlich fest - wenn ein Projekt gut laufe, finde es indes auch stets sofort Nachahmer. Oberste-Beulmann ergänzte, solchen Modellen müssen viel mehr Chancen eingeräumt werden. Zeitarbeit sei nach wie vor das Mittel der ersten Wahl, damit sich gering Qualifizierte und Langzeitarbeitslose eben nicht aus der Arbeitslosigkeit heraus bewerben müssen. Auch Sabine Graf bestätigte dem Konzept der familienfreundlichen Zeitarbeit, dass es sich harmonisch in das Bild guter Zeitarbeit einfüge. Werner Stolz bestätigte Dr. Sczesny, es sei eine sehr gute Idee, auch den iGZ, der mittlerweile auf 2000 Mitglieder zusteuere, bei einem solchen Projekt mit ins Boot zu nehmen. Nicht zuletzt auch wegen dieser Aspekte führe der Zeitarbeitgeberverband nun ein regelmäßiges Mittelstandsbarometer ein, um die Bedarfe - auch des internen Personals - zu ermitteln. Mit fairer mittelständischer Zeitarbeit auf der fundierten Basis dieses Mittelstandsbarometers und klar definierter Rahmenbedingungen werde die Zeitarbeit auch am Markt voll akzeptiert und in Folge politisch voll anerkannt.
