"Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie Herr Gabriel zu der Behauptung kommt, dass Zeitarbeit schlecht bezahlt sei und Arbeitsplätze vernichtet", reagierte Werner Stolz, Hautgeschäftsführer des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ), auf entsprechende Behauptungen des SPD-Bundesvorsitzenden Sigmar Gabriel heute auf dem NGG-Gewerkschaftstag. "Genau das Gegenteil ist in der Zeitarbeit richtig: faire Bezahlung nach DGB-Tarifverträgen inkl. Mindestlohn ab Januar 2014 von 8,50 Euro, zusätzliche Branchenzuschläge in Einsatzbranchen mit höheren Vergleichslöhnen und gleiche Rechte wie andere Arbeitskräfte auch", unterstreicht Stolz und verweist darauf, Sigmar Gabriel sei in Sachen Zeitarbeit offenbar vollkommen auf dem Holzweg. "Zeitarbeit schafft Arbeitsplätze und sichert sie auch im Kundenbetrieb, wie die letzte Finanzkrise eindrucksvoll unter Beweis gestellt hat. 82 Prozent der rund 800.000 Beschäftigten in der Branche haben einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag, und über 90 Prozent Arbeit in Vollzeit", nennt der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer konkrete Zahlen. Zeitarbeit bedeute sogar eine echte doppelte Chance, denn sie biete nicht nur die Festanstellung im Zeitarbeitsunternehmen, sondern auch die Möglichkeit vom Kundenunternehmen ins eigene Stammpersonal übernommen zu werden. "Über ein Drittel", so der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer, "werden laut aktuellem iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometer der SI GmbH in das Stammpersonal der Kunden übernommen." Die Zeitarbeitsbranche diene der deutschen Wirtschaft also auch zum Rekrutieren von Fachkräften. "Zeitarbeit bringt Menschen in Arbeit", fasst Stolz zusammen. Denn laut Bundesagentur für Arbeit waren zwei Drittel aller Zeitarbeitnehmer zuvor ohne Beschäftigung. "Wer die Zeitarbeit verteufelt und weiter gesetzlich regulieren will, zerstört Beschäftigungschancen gerade für Menschen im niedrigqualifizierten Bereich. Ein Drittel aller Zeitarbeitskräfte sind im Helferbereich tätig. In der Gesamtwirtschaft liegt der Helferanteil gerade einmal bei drei Prozent", betont Stolz.
