Nahezu drei Viertel - 72,1 Prozent der Zeitarbeitnehmer - in NRW, die in iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen beschäftigt sind, erhalten übertarifliches Entgelt. 80,1 Prozent haben einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in der Tasche, und 36 Prozent werden in NRW in das Stammpersonal der Kundenunternehmen übernommen. Selbst bei ungelernten Hilfskräften liegt die Übernahmequote im dritten Quartal 2011 mit 29,3 Prozent hoch - und stieg im Vergleich zum zweiten Quartal 2011 um 17 Prozent. Diese Zahlen ermittelte die Soziale Innovation GmbH Dortmund/ Berlin im Rahmen der vierteljährlichen Umfragen zum iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometer, die von der SI-Geschäftsführerin Dr. Cordula Sczesny am Dienstag, 14. Februar, im Rahmen des NRW-Landeskongresses des iGZ in der Zeche Zollverein in Essen um 12.15 Uhr näher vorgestellt werden. Die jüngsten Umfragen, an denen sich 21 Prozent der iGZ-Mitgliedsfirmen in NRW beteiligt haben, spiegeln den Ist-Zustand der mittelständischen Zeitarbeit wider: In den vornehmlich inhabergeführten, regional platzierten Unternehmen haben folgerichtig bis zu 84,7 Prozent einen tätigkeitsbezogenen Einsatzschwerpunkt, 48,4 Prozent arbeiten für bis zu zehn aktiven Kundenunternehmen. Im Bundesvergleich höher ist mit 81,7 Prozent der Anteil männlicher Zeitarbeitskräfte - bundesweit liegt er bei rund 78 Prozent. Neben Guntram Schneider, NRW-Minister für Arbeit, Integration und Soziales, steht um 14.30 Uhr eine Diskussionsrunde zur Zukunft der Zeitarbeit auf dem Programm. Schneider wird anlässlich des iGZ-Landeskongresses um 11.45 Uhr zum Thema "Zur Rolle der Zeitarbeit im arbeitsmarktpolitischen Umfeld Nordrhein-Westfalens" referieren.
