"Wir erwarten von der neuen Bundesregierung, egal in welcher Parteienkonstellation, dass sie die Tarifautonomie respektiert. Die Regelung der Rahmenbedingungen der Zeitarbeit muss weiter in den bewährten Händen der Tarifvertragsparteien verbleiben", erklärt der Hauptgeschäftsführer des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ), Werner Stolz. Er erinnert an die neue Mindestlohnvereinbarung, die in der vergangenen Woche mit den DGB-Gewerkschaften geschlossen wurde. Diese garantiere Zeitarbeitnehmern ab dem 1. Januar 2014 ein Mindesteinkommen im Tarifgebiet West von 8,50 Euro. Bis 2016 steige der Mindestlohn im Westen auf 9 Euro. Diese Entgelte sollten wie bisher vom Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales schnellstmöglich für allgemeinverbindlich erklärt werden, damit es nicht zum Lohndumping von ausländischen Anbietern kommen könne. Stolz verweist zudem auf die tariflichen Branchenzuschläge, die die Tariflücke zwischen Mitarbeitern im Zeitarbeitseinsatz und vergleichbaren Mitarbeitern im Einsatzbetrieb schließen. Mit Blick auf die konkreten Forderungen, die sich in den Wahlprogrammen der verschiedenen Parteien finden, stellt Stolz klar: "Wir brauchen keine weitere gesetzliche Regulierung der Zeitarbeit. Die Branche hat ein eigenes Interesse daran, dass sich die "Gute Zeitarbeit" überall durchsetzt. Auch sei man strikt gegen Umgehungen der erreichten Sozialstandards in der Zeitarbeitsbranche durch Scheinwerkverträge. Der iGZ habe längst reagiert und unter anderem eine unabhängige Kontakt- und Schlichtungsstelle eingerichtet, die Beschwerden über iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen etwa bei Tarif- bzw. Gesetzesverstößen entgegen nehme und bei Bedarf sanktioniere.
