Lohnuntergrenze in der Zeitarbeit nimmt Gestalt an

Seit über fünf Jahren setzt sich der iGZ für die Realisierung von allgemeinverbindlichen Mindeststandards in der Zeitarbeitsbranche ein - jetzt ist das Ziel nicht mehr weit entfernt. Die Sozialpartner iGZ/BAP und die Einzelgewerkschaften beim DGB haben unlängst einen gemeinsamen Lohnuntergrenzen-Vorschlag an das BMAS geschickt. Nun wird der entsprechende Entwurf der Rechtsverordnung am 11.11.2011 im Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht (7,89 € West/7,01 € Ost; ab 1.11.2012: 8,19 € bzw. 7,50 €). Nach dem im Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz normierten weiteren Verfahren (Stellungnahmefrist von drei Wochen, Befassung des Tarifausschusses) könnten insoweit die für alle in- und ausländischen Zeitarbeitsanbieter geltenden Lohnuntergrenzen noch in diesem Jahr rechtswirksam werden.
