Mit 41,7 Prozent liegt der Übernahmeeffekt - der Wechsel von Zeitarbeitnehmern in das Stammpersonal von Kundenunternehmen der Zeitarbeitsbranche - in den Bundesländern Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland um sieben Prozent höher als im gesamten Bundesgebiet. Aus gutem Grund: "Der Fachkräftemangel schlägt voll durch. Im Bereich der Fertigungsberufe lag die Übernahmequote im dritten Quartal 2011 bei 69,9 Prozent. Das bedeutet eine Steigerung von 42,2 Prozent innerhalb von nur drei Monaten - im zweiten Quartal lag die Quote noch bei 27,7 Prozent", erklärt iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer Werner Stolz. 70,9 Prozent der Zeitarbeitnehmer in Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland, die in iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen beschäftigt sind, erhalten übertarifliches Entgelt. 83,1 Prozent haben einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in der Tasche, und 94,8 Prozent der Zeitarbeitnehmerschaft in diesen Bundesländern arbeiten in Vollzeit, fünf Prozent mehr als im Bundesdurchschnitt. Am Donnerstag, 1. März, findet der iGZ-Landeskongress unter dem Motto "Aufstieg durch Qualifizierung - Zeichen guter Zeitarbeit" im Kurfürstlichen Schloss in Mainz, Peter-Altmeier-Allee 1 statt. Die Zahlen ermittelte die Soziale Innovation GmbH Dortmund/ Berlin im Rahmen der vierteljährlichen Umfragen zum iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometer. Sie werden von der SI-Geschäftsführerin Dr. Cordula Sczesny um 12.45 Uhr näher vorgestellt. Die jüngsten Umfragen, an denen sich 18,7 Prozent der iGZ-Mitgliedsfirmen in Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland beteiligt haben, spiegeln den Ist-Zustand der mittelständischen Zeitarbeit wider. Unter anderem wird auch Dr. Gerhard F. Braun, Präsident der Landesvereinigung Unternehmerverbände Rheinland-Pfalz (LVU), um 12.15 Uhr zum Thema "Unternehmen brauchen gute Mitarbeiter - auch in der Zeitarbeit" referieren. Außerdem nimmt er neben iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer Werner Stolz, IG BCE-Landesbezirksleiter Ralf Sikorski und Rainer Moitz, iGZ-Projektgruppe Weiterbildung, um 14.30 Uhr an einer Diskussionsrunde zum Thema Weiterbildung in der Zeitarbeitsbranche teil.
