"Unser Tarifvertrag und seine Einhaltung sind ein Baustein im Bestreben, faire und sichere Bedingungen für Zeitarbeitnehmerinnen und Zeitarbeitnehmer zu schaffen". Damit begrüßte die Bundesvorsitzende des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ), Ariane Durian, die Ankündigung des Bundesarbeitsministeriums, ab Mitte Juli 25 zusätzliche Prüfer in der Bundesagentur für Arbeit zu beschäftigen, die befristet bis Ende 2011 die Zeitarbeitsfirmen kontrollieren sollen. Damit sind für die BA dann insgesamt 100 Prüfer in der Zeitarbeitsbranche unterwegs. Wie schon im 11. AÜG-Bericht der Bundesregierung vom 18. Januar 2010 dokumentiert, sei, so Durian, die Anzahl der Bußgeldverfahren von im Jahr 2005 514 Verfahren auf 2139 im Jahr 2008 gestiegen. Dieser Anstieg verdeutliche die damalige Entwicklung in der Zeitarbeit - in diesem Zeitraum habe sich nicht nur die Zahl der Zeitarbeitnehmer verdoppelt, sondern auch die Quote der Erlaubnisinhaber zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung habe sich vervierfacht. Der iGZ als mitgliederstärkster Verband der Zeitarbeitsbranche setze sich ebenfalls vehement für eine faire Anwendung der tariflich vorgegebenen Bedingungen ein. "Mit unserem neuen iGZ-DGB-Tarifvertragswerk, das seit dem 1. Juli gültig ist, hat der iGZ mit der DGB-Tarifvertragspartei die Einrichtung einer gemeinsamen Gütestelle vereinbart, auch dies ist ein weiterer Baustein für eine faire und sichere Zeitarbeit", betont Ariane Durian. Ein weiterer ganz wichtiger Aspekt sei der vor zwei Jahren eingeführte Ausbildungsberuf zum/ zur Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/ kauffrau: "Mit den Personaldienstleistungskaufleuten haben wir nun hochspezialisierte Fachkräfte in den Zeitarbeitsunternehmen sitzen, mit denen eine irrtümliche Anwendung der Entgeltgruppen minimiert wird", prognostiziert die iGZ-Vorsitzende. Auch in den eigenen Reihen achtet der iGZ als Premiumverband bereits seit längerem mit einer eigens eingerichteten Einigungsstelle auf Fairness in der Zeitarbeit.
