Allen Unkenrufen zum Trotz - Werkverträge spielen in der mittelständischen Zeitarbeit kaum eine Rolle. Laut jüngstem Ergebnis der Umfrage zum iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometer ist die Zahl der iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen, die Werkverträge anbieten, rückläufig. Laut Ergebnis der vierteljährlichen Befragung durch die Soziale Innovation GmbH Dortmund/ Berlin (SI) sank die Zahl der Nutzer von Werkverträgen von 17,7 Prozent auf 11,5 Prozent. iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen, die im zweiten Halbjahr 2012 Werkverträge anboten, setzten nur rund ein Viertel ihrer Mitarbeiter in diesen Projekten ein - auch hier mit leicht rückläufiger Tendenz im Vergleich zum ersten Halbjahr 2012. Steigende Zahlen hingegen sind in der siebten Umfragewelle zum iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometer im Bereich der Branchenzuschläge vermerkt: Der Anteil der Mitarbeiter, die sich im 4. Quartal 2012 länger als sieben Wochen im Kundeneinsatz befanden stieg im Vergleich zum Vorquartal in allen Qualifikationsstufen: Im Helferbereich stieg der Anteil von 78 auf 83 Prozent, im Facharbeiterbereich von 87 auf 89 Prozent. Bei den Akademikern blieb der Wert mit 95 Prozent konstant im Vergleich zum Vorquartal. Zeitarbeitnehmer bei IG Metall-Kunden machten im 4. Quartal 49 Prozent aus (Vorquartal: 47). Bei der IG BCE blieb der Wert mit acht Prozent konstant. Laut iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometer blickt fast jedes zweite iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen zuversichtlich in die Zukunft. Die beste Stimmung herrscht demnach bei Unternehmen, die zwischen 50 und 100 Mitarbeiter beschäftigen. Hier erwarten 60 Prozent der Firmen eine (eher) positive Entwicklung. Etwas verhaltener blicken die Zeitarbeitsunternehmen mit 250 und mehr Beschäftigten nach vorne. Hier erwartet ein Drittel der Unternehmen eine eher positive oder positive Geschäftsentwicklung. Mit dem Gesamtwert von 47,4 Prozent eher positiver und positiver Geschäftsaussichten hat die mittelständische Zeitarbeit das Stimmungstief nahezu vollständig überwunden.
