"Mit ihrer Begründung haben die Vertreter der CDU-/ CSU-Fraktion sowie der FDP die Wirtschaftsbranche Zeitarbeit realistisch ins rechte Licht gerückt", kommentierte iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer RA Werner Stolz den Beschluss des Ausschusses für Arbeit und Soziales, einen Antrag der SPD-Fraktion (17/4189) zur stärkeren Regulierung der Zeitarbeitsbranche mehrheitlich abzulehnen. Die Fraktionen von CDU/CSU und FDP stimmten dagegen. Es sei vollkommen unverständlich, bestätigte Stolz die Meinung von CDU/ CSU und FDP, dass Parlamentarier der SPD-Fraktion Zeitarbeitsverhältnisse als "prekäre Arbeitsverhältnisse" bezeichneten. Das entspreche ganz und gar nicht der Realität: " Zeitarbeitnehmer haben einen festen Arbeitsvertrag, Ansprüche auf Entgelt im Krankheitsfall, auf Urlaub und Kündigungsschutz", bekräftigte der Hauptgeschäftsführer des mitgliederstärksten Zeitarbeitgeberverbandes die Regierungsposition. Die Unionsfraktion plädierte zudem dafür, statt von "Leiharbeit" von "Zeitarbeit" zu sprechen, dies sei menschenwürdiger. "Damit", so Stolz, "wiederholen die Parteien eine von uns seit langem geforderte Änderung dieser Bezeichnung". Eine Leihe sei immer kostenlos und beziehe sich laut Gesetz nur auf Gegenstände und habe mit dem Wesen der Zeitarbeit rein gar nichts zu tun. Die Zeitarbeit sei "der Jobmotor am Arbeitsmarkt", erinnerte die Union außerdem an die gewichtige Rolle der Zeitarbeitsbranche für die Belebung der deutschen Konjunktur. "Die Zeitarbeit ist als Flexibilisierungsfaktor für ein schnelles Reagieren auf die ständig wechselnden Anforderungen nicht nur des deutschen, sondern auch internationaler Märkte aus dem deutschen Wirtschaftsgefüge nicht mehr wegzudenken", unterstrich Werner Stolz die Position der Zeitarbeit als eine der wirtschaftlichen Säulen in Deutschland.
