Zeichen guter Zeitarbeit präsentierte die iGZ-Bundesvorsitzende Ariane Durian im Rahmen des iGZ-Landeskongresses für die Bundesländer Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland und Hessen am 1. März in Mainz - und der mitgliederstärkste Zeitarbeitgeberverband hat viele gute Zeichen in der Zeitarbeit gesetzt. Unter anderem sprach die Bundesvorsitzende vor rund 250 Teilnehmern die Ergebnisse des vierteljährlich erfragten iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometers an, erwähnte die PDK-Ausbildung, die Positionierung des Verbandsvorstandes zu Werkverträgen und den geplanten iGZ-Ethikkodex. Ariane Durian berichtete, der Kodex sei bereits in der laufenden Diskussion auf breite Zustimmung gestoßen - in einer Mitgliederversammlung am 28. März in Potsdam soll der Ethikkodex dann endgültig verabschiedet werden. "Aufstieg durch Qualifizierung" lautete das Motto des Kongresses - Dr. Nathalie Galais, Universität Erlangen, beleuchtete die Frage "Bildung und Zeitarbeit - ein Gegensatz?" und stellte die Antworten dazu vor, die in drei Studien ermittelt worden sind. Dass Unternehmen gute Mitarbeiter auch über die Zeitarbeit brauchen betonte anschließend Dr. Gerhard F. Braun, Präsident der Landesvereinigung der Unternehmerverbände Rheinland-Pfalz (LVU). Der zunehmende Fachkräftemangel nehme inzwischen größere Ausmaße an. Es sei wichtig, Zeitarbeit zu haben, der Aufschwung in Deutschland sei mit 20 Prozent Zeitarbeit bewerkstelligt worden. Ohne Zeitarbeit hätte, so Braun, die Wirtschaft nach der Krise nicht so schnell wieder Anschluss gehabt. "Ohne Zeitarbeit wären wir so schnell und so schadlos nicht aus der Krise herausgekommen", stellte der LVU-Präsident fest. Braun betonte schließlich die Wichtigkeit der Tarifautonomie: "Hier richtet sich meine ganz klare Aufforderung an die Politik, sich noch zurückzuhalten", unterstrich er mit Blick auf die derzeit laufenden Lohnangleichungsverhandlungen in der Zeitarbeitsbranche. Die Dipl.-Sozialwissenschaftlerin Sophie Keindorf (Soziale Innovation GmbH) stellte die Ergebnisse des iGZ-Mittelstandsbarometers für die Bundesländer Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen und Saarland vor. Über 83 Prozent unbefristete Arbeitsverträge, knapp die Hälfte aller iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen beschäftigten überhaupt nicht befristet, und über zwei Drittel bezahlen übertarifliches Entgelt: Die Ergebnisse der von der SI GmbH Dortmund/Berlin durchgeführten Umfragewellen zeichnen eindrucksvoll nach, dass die mittelständische Zeitarbeit im iGZ durch ein hohes Maß von Fairness und Langfristigkeit geprägt ist. Mit "Equal Pay in der Praxis" beschäftigte sich RA Stefan Sudmann, iGZ-Referat Arbeits- und Tarifrecht, bevor Werner Stolz, iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer, Dr. Gerhard F. Braun (LVU), Ralf Sikorski, IG BCE-Landesbezirksleiter, und Rainer Moitz, iGZ-Projektgruppe Kompetenzpass über das Thema "Eine Branche bildet sich weiter. Maßnahmen - Erfolge - Zukunftsvisionen - Welche Zutaten führen zum Erfolg?" diskutierten. Mögliche gemeinsame Handlungsstrategien gegen den Fachkräftemangel stellte Jürgen Czupalla, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung der Agentur für Arbeit Mainz, vor. "Gefällt mir" hieß es abschließend beim iGZ-Landeskongress: Über Social Media als Instrumente für Zeitarbeitsunternehmen referierte Markus Besch, Vorstand der IT Advantage AG und Gründer des "SocialMedia-Institute".
