"NRW-Arbeitsminister Guntram Schneider (SPD) irrt gewaltig, wenn er Zeitarbeit mit atypischer Beschäftigung gleichsetzt. 84 Prozent der Zeitarbeitnehmerschaft hat einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag, und 67 Prozent werden übertariflich entlohnt", kritisierte die iGZ-Landesbeauftragte NRW, Anne Rosner, die NRW-Bundesratsinitiative gegen Zeitarbeit. Die Branche dürfe nicht zum Instrument des NRW-Wahlkampfes gemacht werden und damit zwischen die Fronten geraten. 70 Prozent der Zeitarbeitnehmerschaft seien ausgebildete Fachkräfte und Akademiker, verwies Rosner in diesem Zusammenhang auf die Struktur der Branche. Der Ruf nach der Gesetzeskeule zum Thema Equal Pay missachte außerdem die Tarifautonomie: "Derzeit verhandeln die Tarifpartner Lohnangleichungsmodelle für die Zeitarbeitsbranche. Die Politik sollte den Tarifparteien die Zeit geben, selbstständig ein wesentlich sachgerechteres Ergebnis zu erzielen", unterstrich die Landesbeauftragte und erinnerte an den nächsten Verhandlungstermin am 27. April. Zudem sei es sehr zu bedauern, dass in den Reihen der SPD die Leistungen der Zeitarbeitsbranche, deren Voraussetzungen erst unter rot-grüner Regierung geschaffen wurden, nun offenbar vollkommen ignoriert werden. "Fast zwei Drittel der Zeitarbeitnehmerschaft kommen aus der Arbeitslosigkeit, 16 Prozent davon waren vorher langzeitarbeitslos. Die Branche hat eine Lohnuntergrenze, die zum 1. November auf 8,19 Euro steigt, und die iGZ-Mitgliedsunternehmen haben beschlossen, für Werkverträge das gleiche Lohnniveau wie im iGZ-DGB-Tarifvertrag anzuwenden", erteilt Anne Rosner der NRW-Bundesratsinitiative eine klare Absage. Es könne nicht sein, dass eine komplette Wirtschaftsbranche dermaßen zu Wahlkampfzwecken diskreditiert werde.
