Neues Angebot der Weiterbildungsgesellschaft der IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg / Neue Herausforderungen im Immobiliensektor: Start am 10. Februar 2012

Die Weiterbildungsgesellschaft der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg startet am Freitag, 10. Februar 2012, erstmalig den IHK-Zertifikatslehrgang Immobiliemakler/in. "Der Immobilienmakler steht durch Internet und neuen Medien vor neuen Herausforderungen. Zugleich nimmt die Konkurrenz in der Branche ständig zu. Mit dem neuen Lehrgang wollen wir einen Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung und -steigerung im Immobilienbereich leisten", sagt Otto Brandenburg, Geschäftsführer der Weiterbildungsgesellschaft. Diese IHK-Weiterbildung vermittelt den Teilnehmern einen systematischen und praxisnahen Einblick in das Kerngeschäft der Immobilienwirtschaft und soll für die gestiegenen Anforderungen an die Dienstleistungsqualität sensibilisieren.
