Auf der Basis der GDPdU (Grundsätze zum Datenzugriff und zur Prüfbarkeit digitaler Unterlagen) können die Finanzbehörden von ihrem Recht einer elektronischen Betriebsprüfung Gebrauch machen. Zwar werden im Unternehmensalltag bereits heute viele Betriebsdaten elektronisch erfasst, verarbeitet und archiviert - organisatorisch und technisch vorbereitet sind längst noch nicht alle Unternehmen. Und was dürfen die Finanzbehörden, was nicht? Das bei der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg angesiedelte Kompetenzzentrum für elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr (KompEC) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg richtet mit der Troisdorfer Wirtschaftsförderung (TROWISTA) eine kostenfreie Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema "Basiswissen für den Mittelstand: die elektronische Betriebsprüfung" aus. Sie findet am Mittwoch, 28. Februar 2007, 14 bis 18 Uhr, im TroPark, Gebäude 51 (ehemalige Hauptverwaltung von Dynamit Nobel), Kaiserstraße, 53840 Troisdorf, statt. Dabei werden praxisnahe Informationen zu diesem Themenkomplex vermittelt und Lösungen vorgestellt. Steueramtsrat Wolfgang Renz und Oberamtsrat Siegfried Bündgen vom Finanzamt Siegburg werden dabei den Datenzugriff aus Sicht der Finanzverwaltung vorstellen. Rechtsanwalt Andreas Jahn (Kanzlei Meyer Köring von Danwitz Privat aus Bonn) geht auf die rechtlichen Grundlagen der elektronischen Betriebsprüfung ein, während Steuerberaterin Ulrike Plogmann und Helmut Pelster sich der rechtssicheren E-Mail-Archivierung widmen. Nach den Vorträgen besteht die Möglichkeit zu Diskussionen und Erfahrungsaustausch.
