Neuer Ausbildungsberuf startet am 1. August 2018

Die Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg weist Unternehmen und Schulabgänger auf den neuen bundesweiten Ausbildungsberuf Kaufmann/Kauffrau im E-Commerce hin, der zum 1. August 2018 startet. Der neue Ausbildungsberuf ist am 18. Dezember 2017 im Bundesgesetzblatt veröffentlicht worden und soll dem stetig wachsenden Markt des Onlinehandels Rechnung tragen. Die Schwerpunkte der Ausbildung liegen bei der Auswahl und dem Einsetzen von Online- Vertriebskanälen (z. B. dem Onlineshop), der Bewirtschaftung des Vertriebskanals, des dazugehörigen Online-Marketings sowie dem Erlernen der kaufmännischen Steuerung und Kontrolle. Auch die Kundenkommunikation sowie die Vertragsanbahnung und die Abwicklung von abgeschlossenen Verträgen spielen eine große Rolle. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt drei Jahre.
