Neuer Zertifikatslehrgang der IHK-Weiterbildungsgesellschaft

Die Weiterbildungsgesellschaft der Industrie und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg bietet ab Freitag 14. September, erstmalig den IHK-Zertifikatslehrgang "Personalentwicklung" an. Der Unterricht findet freitags von 13 bis 17 Uhr statt und schließt mit einer schriftlichen Klausur und einem Fachgespräch ab. "Die Fachkräfteproblematik macht auch vor unserer Region nicht halt. Der IHK-Fachkräftemonitor geht bis 2025 von 19.000 fehlenden Fachkräften in Bonn/Rhein-Sieg aus", sagt Otto Brandenburg, Geschäftsführer der Weiterbildungsgesellschaft: "Die Herausforderung für die Unternehmen ist es, diese Lücke durch qualifizierte Fachkräfte zu schließen und bereits jetzt umzudenken. Es gilt Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um leistungsfähige Mitarbeiter zu finden, im Unternehmen zu halten und die Mitarbeiter mit gezielten Maßnahmen zu fördern - und das nicht nur aus fachlicher Sicht".
