Noch immer Chancen auf Ausbildung

Ausbildungsbarometer November 2010: Leichtes Plus bei den neuen Verträgen / Pakt für Ausbildung und Fachkräftenachwuchs

Die Nachvermittlung treibt die Zahl der neuen Ausbildungsverträge bei der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg weiter nach oben. Zum 31. Oktober 2010 registrierte die IHK 3.108 neu eingetragene Ausbildungsverträge, das ist ein Zuwachs von zwei Prozent zum Vorjahreszeitraum (3.046). "Ausbildungsplatzsuchende haben also noch immer eine Chance auf einen Ausbildungsvertrag, auch wenn die Auswahl natürlich nicht mehr so komfortabel wie im Jahresverlauf ist und Flexibilität von den Bewerbern in Bezug auf Berufswunsch und Arbeitsort gefordert wird", sagt Jürgen Hindenberg, Geschäftsführer Aus- und Weiterbildung der IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg. Das Ausbildungsjahr 2010 wird als zweitbestes Jahr in die IHK-Geschichte eingehen, nur vor zwei Jahren verzeichnete die IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg mehr neue Ausbildungsverhältnisse.
