Noch viel Luft nach oben ist auf dem Ausbildungsmarkt Bonn/Rhein-Sieg. "Wir stellen zur Zeit eine Zurückhaltung bei vielen Betrieben fest, die mit dem Abschluss der Ausbildungsverträge zögern und sich erst spät entscheiden. Ferner nehmen die Klagen über mangelhafte Bewerbungen zu", sagt Dario Thomas, stellvertretender Leiter der Abteilung Aus- und Weiterbildung der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg. Bei der IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg sind die Ausbildungszahlen zur Zeit rückläufig. Die Zahl der neu eingetragenen Ausbildungsverträge lag zum 30. April 2011 bei 913, das waren 137 weniger als zum Vorjahrszeitraum (- 13 Prozent). Die IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg appelliert an alle Betriebe, in ihrer Ausbildungsbereitschaft nicht nachzulassen. Thomas: "Die Fachkräfteproblematik wird sich auch in unserer Region verschärfen. Deshalb gilt es schon heute durch die Ausbildung eigener Fachkräfte gegen zu steuern."
