Als branchenübergreifende Veranstaltung war die CallCenter im Herbst 2003 an den Start gegangen. Als Grund für die Rückkehr zum alten Konzept nennt Projektleiterin Anja Lange den Bedarf des Marktes: „Wir hatten in den letzten Monaten viele Anfragen von Interessenten aus dem Handel und der Telekommunikation, die sich wieder eine branchenübergreifende CallCenter 2007 wünschten.“
IIR lädt Anwender aus dem CallCenter-Bereich aller Branchen ein, noch bis Ende April Themenvorschläge und Vortragsideen einzureichen. Folgende Schwerpunkte sind geplant: Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Kunden-Service-Center, kanalübergreifendes Cross- und Up-Selling, differenzierter Kundenservice nach Kundenwert, Negativimage Call Center, Mangelware Call Center Agent, ganzheitliches Qualitätsmanagement im Call Center und neue Technologien im Kunden-Service-Center.
