Das 10.000 Häuser Programm, der bayerischen Staatsregierung wurde jetzt am 15. September veröffentlicht. Der bayerische Staat hilft dabei Häuser noch energieeffizienter zu machen und Energie für Heizung und Wärme einzusparen. Zunächst ist natürlich einige Bürokratie nötig um sich durch den Dschungel der Möglichkeiten hindurchzulesen, selbst Energieberater sind mit vielen Fragen überfordert und wissen nicht genau welches trifft nun wirklich zu. Energieexperte Willi Harhammer hat sich mit den Themen aus der Praxis aber auch mit der Umsetzung beschäftigt. Auf seiner Internetseite kann man Informationen aber auch einen Fragebogen und erhält auch Antworten.
Wer einen Neubau plant, kann zusätzlich einen Energie Effizienz Bonus erhalten.
Alles in allem ist das 10.000 Häuser Programm eine runde Sache, die so manchem Besitzer von Häusern einen zusätzlichen Geldbetrag eingespart.
