Photovoltaik ist der Geheimtipp für 2021. Grund dafür ist die neue EEG-Novelle, die Solaranlagenbetreibern mehr Freiheiten gibt. Diese Freiheiten sind unter anderem: Änderungen bei der EEG-Umlagepflicht und eine Art Mieterstromförderung.

Es gibt keine EEG-Umlage mehr für Photovoltaikanlagen größer 10 Kilowattpeak (kWp). Die EEG-Umlage für Photovoltaikanlagen fällt nun erst auf selbstverbrauchten Strom ab 30.000 Kilowattstunden an und begünstigt nun, vor allem Privatanlagen bis zu 30 kWp.

Bei der neuen EEG-Novelle gibt es neue Fördersätze für Mieterstrom diese betragen bei Anlagen bis 10 kWp 3,79 Cent/kWh, bei Anlagen bis 40 kWp sind es 3,52 Cent/kWh und bei Anlagen bis 750 kWp 2,37 Cent/kWh.

Das Gesetz ist zum 01. Januar 2021 in Kraft getreten, nun muss es jedoch noch ratifiziert werden, bevor es wirklich umgesetzt wird. Aber es wird dann rückwirkend zum 01. Januar 2021 gelten.
