Neue Regelung Photovoltaik 70-Prozent-Regelung

Durch die 70-Prozent-Regelung kann der Netzbetreiber seit 2012 die Einspeisung von Privathaushalten ins Netz drosseln. Dieser Zugriff soll Stromnetzstabilität sicherstellen, falls das Netz überlastet ist. Aktuell dürfen maximal 70 Prozent des produzierten Stroms eingespeist werden, der Rest muss selbst verbraucht werden. Das soll sich allerdings mit den Neuerungen des EEG-Osterpakets ändern - zumindest für Besitzer kleiner Photovoltaikanlagen. Die Wirkleistungsbegrenzung entfällt für neue Photovoltaikanlagen bis 25 kW. Betroffen sind davon hauptsächlich Besitzer einer Süd-Anlage, da sie die Abregelung auf 70 Prozent betroffen am meisten spüren.
