Photovoltaikanlage im Wildpark Hundshaupten für umweltfreundlichen Ladestrom

Die Photovoltaikanlage im Wildpark Hundshaupten ist Teil des Ausbaukonzepts für Ladeinfrastruktur im Landkreis Forchheim. So werden rund 30.000 kWh ökologischer Strom aus der Photovoltaik Anlage erzeugt und direkt zum tanken oder auch allgemeinen Stromverbrauch jährlich abgegeben. Man entschied sich für hochwertige SunPower Solarmodule, die sich durch eine sehr hohe Garantieleistung und Effektivität von vielen Modulen unterscheidet. Sie ermöglicht es Besuchern des Wildparks, ihre Elektrofahrzeuge kostenlos mit Ökostrom zu betanken. Die Anlage gehört zum Ladeverbund Franken plus und trägt als öffentliches Zeichen zur Förderung der E-Mobilität bei.

Neben der Stromversorgung der E-Ladesäule dient die Photovoltaikanlage auch dem Betrieb einer "Schweinedusche" im Schweinegehege. Die Dusche soll den Tieren im Sommer Abkühlung verschaffen und ihnen gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit geben, sich zu suhlen.
