Drei Neuzugänge bei IMAP M&A Consultants

IMAP M&A Consultants haben sich mit drei Neuzugängen auf Direktorenebene verstärkt: Florian Böschen, Christoph Gluschke und Torsten Denker.

Immobilienspezialist Florian Böschen (32) ist ab jetzt verantwortlich für Finanzierungsberatungs- und M&A-Mandate im Real-Estate Bereich. Zuletzt war er neun Jahre lang für PricewaterhouseCoopers im Bereich Transaction Services und M&A für Immobilienunternehmen aktiv, zuletzt als Senior Manager.

Christoph Gluschke (41) begleitet Kauf- und Verkaufsmandate für nationale und internationale Automobil- und Industrieunternehmen. Zuvor war er 12 Jahre bei Metzler Corporate Finance in Frankfurt und betreute dort zuletzt in vergleichbarer Position auch mehrfach M&A-Mandate aus Insolvenzen.

Torsten Denker (40) betreut bei IMAP Mandate mit Schwerpunkt auf Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Davor war er Direktor im M&A-Team von FALK & Co und beim Bankhaus Lampe sowie Seniorberater bei Ernst & Young.
