In 2022, the company for laser diodes and their applications, founded in 1992 as IMM Meßtechnologie GmbH, can look back on a thirty-year success story.
The handover to the next generation, which has been prepared for a long time, is another reason to celebrate: In January 2020, Christian Raith took over from Helga Raith, who retired in March 2020. Friedrich Raith will follow in retirement on January 1, 2023. Until the end of the year, IMM Photonics will initially still be managed by two managing directors.
By consistently building up the positions of commercial management, development management and sales management, the company can then be continued by one managing director from January 1, 2023. The entrepreneurial credo of the new Managing Director Christian Raith: "Direct customer contact at eye level, experienced employees with broad know-how and a growing technology portfolio are the basis for successful projects and another thirty years of healthy growth."
