Anerkennung ausländischer Berufsabschlüsse: "IHK FOSA" nimmt Arbeit auf

Die Industrie- und Handelskammern in Deutschland haben heute (2. April 2012) in Nürnberg einen öffentlich-rechtlichen Zusammenschluss gegründet: die IHK Foreign Skills Approval (IHK FOSA). Diese neue Organisation wird nach Angaben der IHK Saarland zentral für 77 IHKs ausländische Qualifikationen auf ihre Gleichwertigkeit mit deutschen Abschlüssen in IHK-Berufen prüfen. Grundlage ist das neue "Berufsqualifikationsfeststellungsgesetz", das am 1. April 2012 in Kraft getreten ist. Alle Fachkräfte mit im Ausland erworbenen Qualifikationen, die in den IHK-Bereich fallen, stellen zukünftig ihre Anträge auf eine berufliche Anerkennung bei der IHK FOSA. Antragsformulare erhalten Anerkennungssuchende bei der IHK vor Ort oder über die FOSA-Homepage, die ab sofort unter www.ihk-fosa.de online ist. Anträge können ab sofort gestellt werden.
