Am Dienstag, 03. November 2009, 19:00 Uhr, findet in der IHK Saarland (Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken) eine Informationsveranstaltung rund um das Thema Arbeitszeugnisse statt. Der Referent Rechtsanwalt Stephan Weingart, Kanzlei Dr. Neumeier & Kollegen, Saarlouis, wird in seinem Vortrag sowohl auf die notwendigen Bestandteile eines Arbeitszeugnisses als auch auf den schwierigen Bereich der Tätigkeits- und Leistungsbeurteilung sowie den "Zeugniscode" und die Bedeutung der Schlussformel eingehen. Abgerundet wird seine Präsentation durch Hinweise auf die Entwicklung der Rechtsprechung zu Arbeitszeugnissen und auf die Bedeutung der ausgestellten Arbeitszeugnisse im Berufsleben. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
