Dr. Heino Klingen zum stv. Hauptgeschäftsführer gewählt

In ihrer Sitzung am 21. März 2013 hat die Vollversammlung der IHK Saarland Heino Klingen mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2013 zum stv. Hauptgeschäftsführer gewählt. Der promovierte Volkswirt wurde am 11. Mai 1954 in Wesel geboren und ist seit April 1998 bei der IHK Saarland beschäftigt. Im April 2000 wurde er zum stellvertretenden Geschäftsführer und am 1. Okt. 2004 zum Geschäftsführer ernannt. Seither leitet er den Geschäftsbereich Standortpolitik, zu dem in der IHK Saarland auch die Themenfelder Steuerpolitik, Handel und Tourismus gehören. Im Rahmen von IHK Regional betreut Dr. Klingen seit 2002 den Saar-Pfalz-Kreis.
