Elektronische Zollabwicklung für Exporteure ab 1. Juli 2009 Pflicht

Ab dem 1. Juli werden Ausfuhranmeldungen in Deutschland nur noch elektronisch entgegengenommen. Alle notwendigen Formalitäten werden dann über das elektronische Zollsystems ATLAS (Automatisiertes Tarif- und Lokales-Zoll-Abwicklungs-System) abgewickelt. Für alle exportierenden Unternehmen mit Kunden außerhalb der EU bleiben nur noch wenige Wochen, um sich auf das neue Verfahren umzustellen. Darauf hat die IHK Saarland noch einmal hingewiesen.

Je nach Ausfuhrvolumen stehen den Unternehmen unterschiedliche Wege zur Verfügung, um auf das neue Verfahren umzustellen. Bei kleinem und mittlerem Ausfuhrvolumen eignen sich das "Vertretermodell" (Nutzung eines Dienstleisters, z.B. Spediteur) oder Online-Lösungen. Bei höheren Volumina und regelmäßigen Lieferungen in Drittländer wird dagegen die Anschaffung einer eigenen "Inhouse-Lösung" interessanter.

Die IHK hat in den vergangenen Monaten mehrere Veranstaltungen zu Inhalt und Umsetzung des ATLAS-Verfahrens angeboten. Die wichtigsten Informationen dazu finden betroffene Unternehmen auf der IHK-Webseite: www.saarland.ihk.de, Kennzahl 34.
