Entsendung nach Frankreich: ab Oktober nur noch mit Online-Anmeldung möglich

Entsendemeldungen im Rahmen der Erbringung grenzüberschreitender Dienstleistungen in Frankreich („déclarations de détachement“) können ab dem 1.10. 2016 nur noch online übermittelt werden. Ab dem 1. Januar 2017 gilt dies dann auch für Transportunternehmen. Laut  IHK Saarland wurde ein nationales elektronisches Portal  eingerichtet, über das  Entsendemeldungen  und speziell für das Transportgewerbe eingeführte Entsendebescheinigungen („attestations de détachement“) abgegeben werden müssen. Das neue Portal „SIPSI“ ist erreichbar unter: www.sipsi.travail.gouv.fr.
Bis Ende September können Entsendemeldungen noch in Papierform per Einschreiben, per Mail oder per Fax an die zuständigen Inspections du Travail übermittelt werden.
