Am Dienstag, 18. Februar 2014, 18:00 - 20:00 Uhr, lädt die IHK Saarland ein zur Veranstaltung "FIT FÜR ... die Auswahl der richtigen Mitarbeiter". Gründer stehen am Anfang Ihres Unternehmertums. Für viele schlägt irgendwann die Stunde, den ersten eigenen Mitarbeiter einzustellen. Jedoch: Wie finden man den richtigen Mitarbeiter? Wie soll das Vorstellungsgespräch geführt werden? Welche Auswahlkriterien gilt es zu beachten? Dipl.-Kaufmann Heiko Banaszak, b+p Beratung und Personal, Saarbrücken, zeigt auf, wie der Weg zum optimalen Mitarbeiter zu beschreiten ist. Es beginnt bei der richtigen Personalplanung, über die Suche bis hin zur Auswahl und dem Einsatz des Mitarbeiters im Unternehmen.
