Frische Blumen zum Muttertag - saarländische Blumenhändler öffnen für fünf Stunden

Am Muttertag, Sonntag, 10. Mai 2015, dürfen Blumengeschäfte im Saarland für fünf Stunden öffnen. Darauf weist die IHK Saarland hin

Unter diese Regelungen fallen Verkaufsstellen, die schwerpunktmäßig Blumen und Pflanzen verkaufen. Die Öffnungszeiten am Muttertag werden durch das saarländische Ladenöffnungsgesetz geregelt. Einer besonderen Genehmigung oder Anzeige hierfür bedarf es nicht. Gesetzliche bzw. tarifliche Bestimmungen über die zulässige Arbeitszeit bleiben unberührt. Insbesondere die Vorschriften des Arbeitszeitgesetzes (ArbZG), des Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetzes (JArbSchG) sowie des Mutterschutzgesetzes (MuSchG) sind zu beachten.
