Frist zur Offenlegung Jahresabschlüsse 2007 läuft ab!

Die IHK Saarland weist darauf hin, dass die Jahresabschlüsse für das Geschäftsjahr 2007 bis spätestens 31. Dezember 2008 eingereicht werden müssen. Seit Anfang 2007 sind die offenlegungspflichtigen Unternehmen verpflichtet, ihre Jahresabschlussunterlagen elektronisch beim Betreiber des elektronischen Bundesanzeigers, der Bundesanzeiger Verlagsgesellschaft mbH Köln, einzureichen. Die Offenlegung muss unverzüglich nach Vorlage des Jahresabschlusses an die Gesellschafter, spätestens jedoch zwölf Monate nach Ablauf des betreffenden Geschäftsjahres erfolgen. Bei Nichteinhaltung drohen Ordnungsgelder bis zu 25.000 Euro.

Die IHK Saarland empfiehlt dringend, die Fristen einzuhalten und die Offenlegungspflicht rechtzeitig zu erfüllen. Der Bundesanzeiger ist zu erreichen unter www.bundesanzeiger.de. Weitere Informationen können dem IHK-Infoblatt "Offenlegung Jahresabschlüsse" (Kennzahl 61) entnommen werden, das auf der IHK-Hompage www.saarland.ihk.de zum Download bereit steht.
