Die fünfte Jahreszeit steht an: der Fasching. Auch hier gelten für das Abspielen von Musik die urheberrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Die IHK Saarland weist darauf hin, dass jeder, der öffentlich Musik wiedergibt, dies bei der GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte) anmelden muss. Über die Einzelheiten der GEMA-Zahlungspflicht informiert das Infoblatt "GEMA (R18)", welches auf der Homepage der IHK Saarland (www.saarland.ihk.de) unter der Kennzahl 43 zum Download angeboten wird.
