GmbH-Reform: neuer IHK-Ratgeber gibt Orientierung

Mit ihrer neuen Publikation "Die modernisierte GmbH und die neue Unternehmensgesellschaft" informiert die IHK-Organisation über die Reform des GmbH-Rechts, die zum 1. November 2008 in Kraft getreten ist. Auf 120 Seiten werden Fragen zur GmbH-Gründung, zur Übertragung von Geschäftsanteilen, Haftungsfragen sowie die Anforderungen an Rechnungslegung und Bilanz kurz und prägnant behandelt. Die Broschüre kostet 9,50 Euro und ist über die Homepage der IHK Saarland (www.saarland.ihk.de) unter der Kennzahl 1160 zu beziehen.
