Handelsregisterbekanntmachungen nur noch online

IHK-Merkblätter informieren zu Veröffentlichungspflichten

Seit 1. Januar 2009 müssen Handelsregisterbekanntmachungen durch die Registergerichte nur noch online erfolgen. Anmeldungen, Änderungen, Um- und Abmeldungen von Unternehmen werden elektronisch über das Internet veröffentlicht und bekannt gemacht. Wie die IHK Saarland mitteilt, entfällt damit die bisherige Form der Bekanntmachung von Handelsregister-Meldungen in Printmedien (auch im "Papier-"Bundesanzeiger). Die Unternehmen profitieren von dieser Neuregelung, weil für Veröffentlichungen nunmehr nur noch eine Pauschalgebühr von einem Euro fällig wird. Zudem sind Handelsregister-Informationen jetzt sehr leicht zugänglich. Jeder kann sofort per Internet auf der Seite www.handelsregister.de Firmen-Einträge kostenfrei, in bestimmten Fällen gegen eine geringe Gebühr, einsehen. Dies ermöglicht zeitnahe Informationen über neue Geschäftspartner oder über Änderungen in bestehenden Geschäftsbeziehungen.

Von der Bekanntmachung der Registergerichte sind allerdings die von den Unternehmen selbst vorzunehmenden Veröffentlichungen nicht betroffen. Dazu gehört etwa die jährliche Offenlegung der Jahresabschlüsse über den elektronischen Bundesanzeiger. An diesen Pflichten ändert sich durch die Neuregelung nichts.
