IHK-Infoveranstaltung: FIT FÜR ... die Wahl der richtigen Rechtsform

Am Dienstag, 23. Februar 2010, 18:00 Uhr, informiert die IHK Saarland im Rahmen ihrer Veranstaltungsreihe für Gründer und Jungunternehmer "Fit für ..." , über die Wahl der richtigen Rechtsform. Referent Ass. Georg Karl, Teamleiter Firmenrecht und Handelsregister bei der IHK Saarland, zeigt die typischen Merkmale der einzelnen Rechtsformen auf und geht auf die finanziellen und rechtlichen Auswirkungen ein, die die Entscheidung für eine bestimmte Rechtsform mit sich bringt. Außerdem gibt er Tipps für die richtige Namenswahl. Die Infoveranstaltung findet in der IHK Saarland (Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken) statt, die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
