IHK: Onlineverfahren erleichtert grenzüberschreitende Dienstleistungen in Luxemburg

Unternehmen, die im Rahmen von grenzüberschreitenden Einsätzen Mitarbeiter ins Großherzogtum Luxemburg entsenden, können ab sofort ihren Meldepflichten leichter nachkommen. Das meldet die IHK Saarland. Im so genannten "é-detachement" könne die Entsendemitteilung für die entsandten Mitarbeiter künftig online erfolgen. Auch die bisherige Pflicht zur Mitnahme von Unterlagen zum Einsatzort entfalle. Kontrolliert wird die Einhaltung der Bestimmungen laut IHK nun über einen "Badge Social" (Sozialausweis), den die ITM (Inspection du Travail et des Mines) ausstellt und die von den Unternehmen selbst ausgedruckt wird. Für eine Übergangszeit bis Anfang 2015 ist laut IHK auch die herkömmliche Entsendemitteilung noch zulässig.
