IHK rät: Konzernabschlüsse 2007 jetzt schnell einreichen

Bundesamt für Justiz droht mit Ordnungsgeldern

Die IHK Saarland weist darauf hin, dass das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) Ende März eine Welle von Ordnungsgeldandrohungen starten wird. Handelsregisterunternehmen, die bislang noch nicht ihre Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse 2007 beim Bundesanzeiger-Verlag offen gelegt haben, wird das BfJ dann ein Ordnungsgeld mit Fristsetzung ankündigen. IHK-Justiziarin Heike Cloß: "Wird diese Frist nicht eingehalten, kann ein Ordnungsgeld von mehr als 2.500 Euro fällig werden". Die IHK Saarland empfiehlt deshalb allen betroffenen Unternehmen, so schnell wie möglich ihre Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse beim Bundesanzeiger-Verlag unter https://www.ebundesanzeiger.de einzureichen.
